Fast River and Eskimi Takes the Stage Again at Attention Economy 2025

For the second consecutive year, Fast River and Eskimi proudly participated in the “Attention Economy 2025” conference, part of the Digital Ad Next series—Greece’s annual event exploring key trends and innovations in digital advertising.

The 2025 edition took place on March 14 at Domotel Kastri in Athens, under the auspices of the Hellenic Advertisers Association (HAA) and IAB Hellas.

Fast River, in partnership with Eskimi—whom it exclusively represents in Greece—co-sponsored the event, reinforcing their joint commitment to driving forward innovation and measurable effectiveness in the digital ad space.

The conference brought together leading professionals and thinkers in marketing and advertising to discuss one of the industry’s most pressing topics: attention.

Philip Mahler, CMO of Eskimi, delivered one of the keynote speeches, offering sharp insights into why attention is now the most valuable—and limited—resource in advertising. “It doesn’t matter how many impressions you buy,” he noted. “It’s the impressions you make that count.”

His talk emphasized the urgent need to move beyond traditional metrics like CPM and focus on creativity, brand recall, and strategic media placement. Mahler also highlighted that 80% of ads deemed “viewable” are never actually watched, underlining the importance of engaging content that truly captures consumer attention.

Fast River and Eskimi continues to lead in this evolving landscape, embracing forward-thinking strategies that connect creativity with measurable impact. With Mahler on stage and its continued presence at the forefront of the conference, Fast River and Eskimi reaffirms its role in shaping the future of digital marketing in Greece and beyond.
